Mr. Kartikeya V. Sarabhai is M.A.(Cantab), and did his Post Graduate studies at MIT, USA. He joined the Board of the Company in 1992 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Company in 1995. He has been very actively associated with the overall operations of the Company, monitoring various areas of operations and management on a day-to day-basis.

Mr. Mohal Sarabhai earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and has spent the bulk of his career incorporating exciting new ventures into the portfolio of his family company ASE, which have been largely responsible for turning around this legacy company. He is MD of ASE and the CEO and/or Director of the following ASE group companies: Asence, Inc., USA; Asence Pharma Pvt. Ltd.; Synbiotics Ltd.; Vovantis Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.; CoSara Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.; and Systronics India Pvt. Ltd.

Ms. Chaula Shastri is B.Com., LLB, Diploma in Business Management. She has been associated with the Company since 1979. Ms. Shastri has gained wide and varied experience over 35 years in various areas of Administration and Management.

Mr. Navinchandra Patel is a Chartered Accountant, a commerce graduate and an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta-Executive Education, with rich experience in handling finance, accounts, taxation, budgeting, banking, corporate restructuring, strategic planning, ERP implementation, etc., across diverse industrial segments.

Ms. CS Disha Punjani has done CS, LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law), and Master of Commerce. She is also a certified CSR Professional. She has completed her CS (all levels, first attempt) and has also secured ranks at various levels. She has more than six years of experience as company secretary and has been associated with the Company since 2018. Her core area of work is related to compliance and secretarial matters and she also looks after brands and trademark matters.

Mr. Anurag Mehta is M.Sc. in Industrial Microbiology with more than 40 years of experience in various pharmaceutical industries focusing on manufacturing of oral/parenteral/active ingredients, QC, QA, production, and regulatory compliance. He successfully facilitated numerous regulatory audits of state-of-the-art fermentation company Synbiotics, including such bodies as USFDA, EU-GMP, PMDA Japan, WHO, and other independent audits by international agencies for overseas customers.

Mr. T. P. Kumar currently holds complete responsibility for the business operations of Systronics India Ltd. and its division, Telerad.

Mr. Priyank S. Modi is an Associate Chartered Accountant and a Master of Commerce graduate. He has over 20 years of professional experience in a wide range of industries. He is actively involved in the ASE Group Companies' accounting, taxation, finance, and legal matters.

Mr. Rajiv Dhruv is a chemical engineer with nearly 50 years of experience in project management and production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Intermediates.

Ms. Trupti Shah is a pharmaceutical graduate with almost 30 years of experience, having been associated with Asence Pharma for 20 of those years where she has acquired strong acumen in international marketing, business development, supply chain, and complete execution of all export orders.

Dr. Kinjal Vekaria holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics with eight years of experience. She leads the entire Vovantis team in its pursuit of short- and long-term goals and execution of related plans, policies, and organisational mission; maintains smooth functioning of all departments' daily operations, production planning, and inventory; and serves the company's representative to the Board of Directors as well as the employees, customers, various government agencies, and the public.

Dr. Swapnali Kulkarni holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry with five years of experience in development and manufacture of RT PCR diagnostic (IVD) test kits. She is the very first employee of Cosara Diagnostics, having joined with immense enthusiasm and a background in molecular bilology to establish Cosara as a manufacturer of molecular testing products with international quality standards. During the pandemic, Dr. Swapnali with a team led the immediate scale-up of the production of Covid RT PCR tests for use in India. Her team's endless efforts are credited with ushering in 14 products that received IVD licenses from CDSCO, four products ready for license submission, and many more that have reached the R&D stage in just three years.

Chetan B. Doshi has more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales and marketing. Using his strengths of team building, territory knowledge and customer loyalty, he has a proven ability to consistently increase sales performance in the India market.

Mr. Rakesh Shah has more than 30 years of experience in technical sales, marketing, and operations in the fields of electronics and communication. He has spent the past 20 years building up the business and operations for Telerad, where he has honed his expertise in developing strong relationships with original equipment manufacturers, customers, dealers, and others; and providing custom and complete audio/visual solutions in various segments (such as broadcasting, education, defense, research, government institutions, and the corporate sector), with a focus on updates and diverse business modules that meet the needs of the dynamic market scenarios.
